Lost 2 passive points from T15 Map boss book.

I claimed the book from the T15 Map boss and saw the two points register in the tooltip. I ported back to town and went to spec them but they were no longer there. I did pick up the book and claim it. The book has not redropped on subsequent boss encounters.

Missing 2 passive points.
