SUPPORT IS NON-EXISTENT

I sent my first email to support on the 29th of November 2024, about changing my account email. It's the 6th of January 2025 and i am still waiting for support to do a simple email change on my account. I am still unable to play EA Poe2 until they change my account email.

Same issue here. I bought through steam and it instantly linked my early access to an old PoE1 account that I played on for like 5 minutes total. I can't change email, password or anything since the old account was linked to an email that is no longer in use. This email wasn't even verified way back when, which makes it even more insane. Support doesn't answer (it takes 3-4 weeks for one reply) and when they finally do they just ask another question (instead of asking about all info all at once) It should be illegal to run a business like this, they need to hire more staff.

Completely agree. Then there are these mods (hard to believe they are mods, probably AI bots) that ask you to contact support on every issue you have. If you make a post mentioning their inexistent support, they put your thread in the graveyard section "HELP AND INFORMATION".
I'd mostly not care but when purchases are involved, this is theft. |

Welcome to the CLUB...I have been waiting just as long for an email change as well...I was able to have 4 replies within a week from them but each one was asking for info and after the last reply they stopped now for 2 months...
