game not running after patch

Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060 3gb
8gb ram

Before patch game works good not only with min graphic settings but after patch i have lags so i change my graphics setting to low and nothing change. Then i have problems to even lunch game it takes so many time so i reinstall game but now i cant even lunch game becouse it stops at loading screen
