Path of Exile account is blocked

Hi GGG,

I'm writing this post because I wasn't able to reach you via e-mail for almost 2 weeks.

My path of exile account was blocked, because of incorrect region for MTX payments. I didn't know that I must use USD in case there is no option to use my country currency (BGN). So last e-mail I received from you said I should create throw-back account and buy 200 point pack in order to repay the difference.

I did it about 2 weeks ago and sent you e-mail, but still didn't get any response. I really need my original account to be unblocked, because I play using GeForce Now, and it's possible to do so only using Steam. Also, I already bought Path of Exile 2 on that account but I cannot login and play.

The account name is oblivion_000, several character names: hayakku, hayakkuqwe, nikkaido. Throwback account name is oblivion_111.

Please, help me with my issue.
