textures glitch and the game just start going crazy

My system specs are:

-AMD Ryzen 3 3200g
-Nvidia 970 gtx graphics card
-32GB RAM
-Installed on an SSD

I know my specs are the bare minimum and im ok on running all the setups on low, i always have around 40 fps so thats not a problem but afther some time playing i start to see flashing light or the textures to go crazy and cant see a shit, game is running normally like thats not happening and if i reset the game it stops, but is a bad experience to have to restart the game every 30 min.
