E-mail address reset

Hello,
In my quest to change an a-mail address I have decided to write here and ask for help.
So far I have used the automated change e-mail option in account management with no effect. I have tried inputing different e-mail adresses including a fresh gmail account. I have checked the spam folder. My e-mail address did not change and I didnt recieve any messages or instructions.
I have tried twice to contact support via support@grindinggear.com, but after 10 days I didnt recieve any answers.

Im asking for help or additional instructions.
