PS5 Characters not showing on PC after link

As title says

I purchased the game on PS5 first, logged into POE website via PSN account details so it auto linked.

Then purchased on Steam and linked my account.

As other threads suggest, I have tried creating new characters on both PC and PS5 and tried the drop down button at character select, and also the league migrations button, but still cannot see my PS5 characters on PC, and new PC characters on PS5.

Interestingly, the PC MTX coins are shown on the POE2 website account, but not the PSN MTX coins.

Please assist - I have purchased two version of the game!

Same thing just happened to me! Let me know if you find anything out :)

My issue is the reverse: I can see my PS5 points on my PS5, but I cannot see my PC points on my PC account.

To make matters worse, navigating these issues via the browser is highly inconvenient. I inadvertently purchased a premium stash pack with my PC points, but it appears to have been for POE1, which is likely why it doesn't show up on my POE2 account. This situation could have been entirely avoided if the points were correctly allocated and accessible in-game as they should be.

you guys find a fix for this? or nah

Same issue here.

No reply from Support and I sent an email in 1/15.

Loving this game but I will need a refund on STEAM if I cant get access to my 170+ hr account on PC.
