PS5 Trade Website - cannot Direct Whisper

Receiving an error that I must be in game in order to direct whisper, yet I’m accessing the trade site through the game menu on the PS5.

Anyone else having issues? The option to copy direct message doesn’t work as there is no portion to paste into messages.

How am I supposed to buy gear on the trade website if I can’t direct message?

Yes many people are specifically console players

Hope it gets fixed in a patch. Trading is virtually impossible on PS5. Unless they are seeing their inbox logged in online to the website AND playing online. Type out the name of the item and where it’s located in their stash. Pray they see the inbox message and are able to port to the same town and then whisper by hovering over each player or send a friend request. Assuming we’re on the same server. Friend request is only viable option to initiate any sort of “hey let’s trade”

As a new player it’s not clear what the best work around is.

My experience with POE 2 is complete until this is fixed. Great game, really enjoyed it but don't have the time required to compete in end game WITHOT trade.

Don't see any response from anyone POE in any threads regarding this issue so Imagine I go back to D4 as this is not on their priority list.
