Just get The Apex from Oak, get out, there were 2 snakes, get a DC from my internet ( 5 - 10 sec ) , logging, and my twitch was moved to Default League ... I thought when we had DC we were logged out instantly I had gosu RNG, about 500 hp, #1 twitch How the hell can i die of this 2 snakes ? Even if i was "tanking" them 5 secondes, that impossible i can die with 500 hp Just don't get it Dev should have log and share to see what happend | |
Agreed. Similar story here, although I was not even close to the top, these are again 2 hours lost for me. Last night it was 7 hours lost to retarded DCs...

Absolutely horrible race for me.
Internet decided to crap out on me at the beginning and wouldn't load any pages or check patch server at PoE so lost about 3 minutes to that. Failed hard on glyphs and lost 2 minutes to missing 1. No cold rings for merveil, 46 minute merveil or something (forgot my timer since I was trying to fix internet) Chamber was a pain and I almost died there a bunch, then ended up hitting level 3 just short of 16 so had to do a little extra leveling. Weavers was easy enough. Steam decided to update in the middle of fighting Alira so that was scary. Couldn't log in for a bit because of it, thanks for using all my bandwidth Steam. Bandits were pretty easy though. Only had 3 TPs for Vaal. Lol. Ended up dying in City of Sarn to a might aura pack. Was only level 22. Meh, better luck next time I suppose. Soooo close to hitting 31 and taking noobler's spot! (though most likely temporarily).
Those are all champs >_< Average to above average rng throughout the whole game. Alched a nice bow in Sarn and also found Mr. Graves' hat there. Had these left over Also, I'm curious if noobler or bob read this, where did you both die? You both died within a minute of each other, lol Last edited by boof on May 6, 2013, 10:25:50 PM

Found a couple a rares, died with my first character, was able to get to level 10 as a ranger with already about 35 min into this race after my first character died, getting better at races, of course, you need luck to find weapons and armor that you will need as you level up, if you find rares or magic items all the better, but sometimes you got to take what you find of of the ground or buy from the venders as your weapon(s) or armor to use as you level up.

Woo, definitely getting better at these races. My first time on the first page (top 20). Also an easy obvious take away from this race, the bandit quest is required *facepalm*, this cost me about 10 spots lol. My luck was quite good though, I was able to get movement speed boots right off the bat and kept getting the next level flasks shortly after they were available. I normally have to buy them.
