The website doesn't recognize that i bought early access even though my account is linked to my PSN account....

I am also having that problem as well as gold not showing up in the guild menu that I have donated I am not the leader

I am having the same problem but from steam. Key applied on steam and game says i dont have access. Account says i dont have access.
I emailed support directly 2 days ago with no reply. |

I emailed them on the Dec 16th and I still have no response. I understand that they are really busy right now but it’s kind of messed up to pay for a product and be unable to utilize it

No worries, GGG instead of doing a global fix they going 1by1 through emails answering.... so don't expect to play during holiday season
