Account Issue

I start by saying that I wrote an email to the support but didn't receive a reply.. that's why I'm rewriting it here

My question was (copied directly from email) :

I am writing to ask if it is possible to delete my account since it is an account created on Steam.
Today I created an official account on your site and trying to link Steam to your site i merged the two accounts.
My question is: Can i delete the account created with steam and leave only the account i created today as the main account aalso connected to steam?

Just ask them to convert your account from steam to the stand alone client and you'll have both in one
