Loot Issues - Not just RNGjesus

Seriously what is up with the loot drops/RNG at the moment.

I've started keeping hard data from a certain point as it was getting ridiculous. But 35 boss runs with no prismatic eye drops at ALL, over a dozen Catarina runs in area level 83+ and not a single veiled orb.

Can you please investigate this and not come back with the typical "We see no issues and working as intended" because the time spent in farming these frags and then doing the bosses is yielding 0 progression and I am at the point of just hanging my hat and quitting this game & sacking poe2 off in the process.
