Freezing on load in - 5 of last 6 attempts

This problem has happened 5 of my last 6 attempts to log in and play (really all 6 I supposed). Giving up for now.

On the one time I was able to log in to town, it froze again as soon as I went from town to the next instance.

I tried changing data centers, restarting my computer and trying to log in with a standard league character. Changing data center did allow an attempt to successfully load into town, but again, I still crashed as soon as i tried to leave town and load the next instance.

Crashing in this case has been being stuck on the loading screen. The gears are frozen and the music still plays.
