error metadata

i have the same issue for long time and cant play the game..
when i start the game an error appears about missing metadata i got dc..
i tried everything and the problem still remains...
i un-install game 2-3 times allready
i format the pc 1 time
i check for cashe
i check for corrupted files
game is on SSD with a lot space...
all drivers are OK
any idea? i play the game in same pc for 2+ years...
