Can't load item filters

hello
i got this issue of not being able to load item filters, it says that i can't save online filter to folder, when i try to open the folder it says it's corrupted and unreadable. I can't edit that folder, it's under user>documents>my games> Path of Exile

any known fix? tried re-installing twice and deleting the poe folder under %appdata%. Nothing works.
