Poe 2 - Technical requirements

I have read the minimum and recommended specifics for hardware for poe2 - I can't find information (if there is any) on how many cores will be used for the game?

Will the best commercial intel or amd cpu be best for poe 2? That is ultimately what i'm wondering.
