Console couch co op question

My wife and I are new to POE and looking forward to playing together on Xbox. If I start the game on my account and my wife creates a character as a guest, will she have access to the cosmetics received as part of the supporter packs or that are purchased as micro transactions? If not, can we still play together on the same console if she creates her own account to log in? Also, in that case would we each need to purchase a supporter pack to access the game?
