Game crashes constantly since nov. 14th update

Ever since the update around november 14th, I have been unable to play the game. Whenever I log in, i can basically play for 2-5 minutes and then the game crashes out of the blue with no error messages.
I am playing on a 16GB Apple Macbook M1 Pro. While I realize this is suboptimal, it has never been an issue before. There is plenty of space left on the HD. Is there anything I can do? Edited: I have subsequently uninstalled and reinstalled the game, updated my ios, restarted the computer, etc. without luck.
