Rank 10 mappers nerf since last patch?

Did they nerf the chance to roll rank 10 mappers last patch?

I used to get 1 every 500kish gold spent before. Today I spent 1.6m gold for 0 rank 10 mappers.

On the other hand, I saw an awful lot of rank 9 mappers. Like 1 rank 9 mapper every 3 refresh...


Did anyone else notice something?

I went ahead and wasted ~1.7 million gold just for you.
