High ingame latency in Singapore realm

Hi

I am recently experiencing very high ingame latency in Singapore realm (around 250-300) when the latency at the time of login indicates 60-65.

This problem started 2 weeks back because of which I am unable to play the game. I have been using this ISP for past 6 years and never faced any latency issues in POE.

Please help me out and let me know if this could be solved.
