Problem logging in

Logging problem

When I try to log in to my account with my normal internet I can not connect. Each time I try to log in the game says cannot connect to logging server.

When I use https://pingtestlive.com/path-of-exile and try to ping frankfurt or any other eu server I have 200+ping. But when I use vpn I can connect normally. But game is laggy and spiky when I am using Vpn. Does anyone have such an issue or may have any idea how to fix it?
