poe is unplayablle

poe last two weeks crashes and lags so bad it is unplayable. my character just dies in the lag or i get kicked from the game. grinding gear has no support. i have a year of hours on the game and this is the worst iy has been. if anyone has fixes ..gg does not, let me know. i have done the standard stuff. if ytou got anything to suggest let me know

When you crash or lag, do you just get kicked back to desktop with the app closing completely?
