Game is constantly freezing on PS5 after the latest patch

Wanted to prepare for POE 2 next year, decided to play the first one and i've been trying for a week now, i had problems with lag and Internet connection, i play other free to play games on PS5 with the same Internet connection flawlessly, yet for some reason POE runs terrible, i was able to kinda fix that by changing the DNS.

Now after the latest patch i can't run the game at all, the game freezes every 5 minutes, the experience has been incredibly frustrating and im about to move on...

I am having same issue. Love the game but it is torture playing on ps5 after patch. I've thrown every troubleshooting possibility at this thing from opening ports to lowering setting minimum settings. Please look into this.
