Latency spikes in hideout and in maps

Hello,

sadly I've started experiencing large latency spikes from my idle 20MS to +350MS.
It doesn't seem to matter whether I am in my hideout or fighting in maps.
I tried to see if the issue lies with me by using your "Common causes of network connectivity issues" notes but couldn't really figure it out. I hope the WinMTR results speak for themselves and I apologize if the issue is on my end.

Hi, pretty easy to see you have packet loss at the first connection after your router. Do some WinMTR tests to some popular websites or a DNS near you and you'll probably see the same results. Call your ISP and show them the tests.
