Helping a Spectermancer!

Hi guys! I'm coming back from a 3 year break and a lot has changed in that time.

My question: can I have Forged Frostbearers as a specter in Standard?

not unless you know a friend who has the corpse? I think that works.
Currently they're only available via verisium, which is only available in-league.
Thus there would be no way to obtain this spectre in standard, by yourself, without assistance of others and even then i'm not sure if spectres from cruicible are still available in standard.
