Huge lag spikes in maps / some areas

I have not came across this problem but after coming back for necro leaguea after 2 years, I'm having difficulty playing the game joyfully. Usually some areas I get 50 ms, immediately after entering some areas(In maps it happens more) it spikes up between 100ms-400ms.

Tried router restart still didnt help.

Anyone else having the same problem nowadays ?

I have the same issue. For example first room of the lab has no lag. When I teleport to second room I can't even move.
