Settlers event failed to join any instance

I guess like %70 of the gamers have the same issue we can't go anywhere xdd Failed to join any distance is broken or what

I also have this problem. Additionally, it tells me that I can migrate a created character to settlers (as if the event had already ended).

Same problem, can't join instances most of the time from character creation, and even in game between different areas.

Same, created couple of more charecters but still does not work, how ever settler normal is working just fine
