Sudden constat lagspikes

Hey,

suddenly I have very regular lag spikes from 30ms into ~2500ms every ~10 seconds, as seen here in the screenshot:

Any ideas why those are suddenly occurring? Yesterday everything was quite fine.

Seriously, look at the test, first line is your router it is showing 1% packet loss consistent through the whole route, and it also shows and average 200+ms and spikes of 3000ms at the router WHICH are also consistent throughout the route.

You should (always regardless of where you think the problem might be) power cycle the router, turn it off at the wall and leave it for several minutes then turn it back on.
If the problem persists after that (and tests show it's at the same place) then you contact your ISP and provide them with the results if you can.
