Boneshattery accuracy bug?

You aren't missing. You're gaining the Unholy Might buff, and are using Brutality Support. The result is 0 damage hits. Unholy Might was changed in Necropolis league to convert 100% of Physical damage to Chaos.
You probably have an Abyss jewel that gives you like 4% chance to gain Unholy Might on Melee Kill? | |
