Terrible latency, ping spikes constantly making the game almost unplayable.

Would you run a WinMTR to 8.8.8.8 (Google DNS) and post that back?

Preferably when you're experiencing issues with ping run that 8.8.8.8 test.
The first WinMTR you posted is showing a lot of packet loss along with latency issues and I suspect the packet loss is starting on Comcast's network but it's hard to tell if you have a second problem or not.

So I actually just got a technician from my ISP to come out, and they found issues in the line going all the way to the pole. Everything seems fine now. Thanks for the quick response.
