Triggered spells will target the location of the entity that dealt the hit that caused the trigger. Reflected damage is considered to come from the enemy which the damage was reflected from. If triggered by self-damage, it will target a random enemy, or if there are no enemies, it will target the player's location or a random direction, depending on the triggered skill.
