peridically not dealing damage

Hi
Since yesterday my cyclone char have serious problems. From time to time (few times a min sometimes) for a few second game didn't "notice" that i'm attacking and not scoring hits against mobs (doesn't matter lvl or rarity of mobs, either map mod or mods on mobs).
Game is smooth, no lags or connection problems. I have resolute technique.
Before weekend all was working perfectly.

This makes my char unplayble

Are u using Predictive Network mode?
There seems to be server Problems (from other reports in this forum) but if u play on Predictive u dont notice the lags visually but serverside u dont deal dmg bec of lags.

EDIT: Try Lockstep mode
