[SoK] Favoured Resources overflow ? (also Risk)

The wiki isn't clear about whether going over the quotas also gives you more rewards for the same shipment value for the overflow.

I would assume it doesn't, but has anyone done testing on this ?

Also, the wiki is wrong about the first part of

"

Sending resources matching the Port Quota applies that multplier both to their contribution to shipment value, and to the number of that resource sent. (e.g. Sending 500 Wheat with a multiplier of 50% grants the same rewards as 750 Wheat to a port not requesting it.)

For the second part, well, yes, I would hope that the rewards are actually increased, but Favoured Resources increases neither the Shipment Value, nor how much they fill the Favoured Resources quotas.

Just tested both, the first one is easy to check, and the second one, see these two identical shipments one after another :

Another interesting thing I've noticed, with Risk :

Unlike what the interface initially suggests, risk seems to not only depend on Shipment Value, but also distance.

Or, more specifically, not distance, but «port tier», sequentially taken screenshots :

Note how 2.) and 5.) have identical shipments, and with no port assigned, but the risk is seemingly different ?
This is because the interface seems to remember the last selected port.
(It would perhaps be less confusing, and therefore better, if the risk level was greyed out when no port is selected ?)

Also, the risk level is exactly the same in the fist 3 : 0%, and the last 3 : 14%.
So it's not the distance or time that seems to matter, but rather the (foreign) «port tier» level.

(And risk doesn't seem to be cumulative with distance or time like one might expect from IRL risk : it's not as if taking 3 times less for the journey means 3 times less risk when going from «tier 2» to «tier 1» ports, but rather it goes from 14% to a full 0%.)
