Stuck on Act 5 SSF Character cannot progress to Oriath Square

Hello guys,
Please anyone from GGG check this as my character is on SSF and I cannot progress further because Basically oriath square is locked for me. I tried dropping the Miasmeter although I already had it in my inventory but It still does not drop. (Original Miasmeter has been already removed from my Inventory) Please help me as soon as possible as I wanted to play after getting back from work and this is my weekend.

Miasmeter is part of the side quest for the passive point and shouldn't be needed to progress. The door unlocks from killing the Justicar Casticus unique mob right before that door.

Assuming you did kill the mob and the door still didn't open, my best guess is to reset the zone and kill the boss again.

I already did that, and tried multiple times with a new instance. But no luck.
