Path of Exile Not Responding error?

Hopefully there's no administrative action taken against posting about the same thing twice.

I posted yesterday about the game freezing up (not crashing to desktop or character selection screen, just going unresponsive - "Path of Exile is Not Responding") while trying to load into town. It seemed to happen hit and miss. But then started happening a couple of times in gameplay, and half the time I couldn't even load into a town after starting the game up. Never had this issue until two days ago.

Graphics drivers are up to date. Steam and PoE are up to date. I'm on a gaming laptop which has never had issues like this before.

Just want to know if this particular issue is happening to anyone else right now? And by particular issue, I mean PoE not responding as opposed to a disconnect or a crash to the desktop.
