Long loading times on M2 drive

Hi, I've been having issues with loading times and textures the entire league.

When I enter the game for the first time it takes a long time loading, shaders bar gets maxed and then it doesn't show any resource consumption outside of normal, like it's doing nothing else (this can take from 5 to 30 seconds)

I have the following specs:

i5 9400F
AMD Radeon RX 7600 8GB (driver updated to 24.8.1)
16GB RAM DDR4 (dual channel XMP setting enabled)
Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500GB (main disk 100 GB free)

I tried the following things:
Switching between vulkan, dx 12, dx 11
cleaning the cache in PoE files
Tried standalone and steam version
modify the registry to allow more shader size (followed some reddit post)

What else can I do? The loading times are sometimes pretty high and with the textures not loading I can't see some attacks (like the dark knight laser attack that you have to dodge for the challenge)
