Flicker Strike Question

Hello,
When is the best time to use Flicker Strike? It has a 2 second cooldown and if very inefficient at the moment - so I'm using Double Strike for now. Last bumped on Sep 2, 2024, 3:14:28 PM

" You need to get Frenzy charges and generate enough of them for flicker strike Or power charges if you're using the alt quality one. And then you can just ignore the cooldown |

" Did you look up the builds on poe.ninja I posted in your other thread? FS works really well, but you have to generate Frenzy Charges, as imanubcake pointed out - which the builds on poe.ninja do. To your original question here: The best time to use FS is ALL THE TIME. Bird lover of Wraeclast

" Hey so if I remember correctly, I'm not gunna' use Oro's Sacrifice now. I found a build that is probably a mirror or two investment, but I'm sure I still can get a decent DPS out of it through basic means. I have a Ralakesh's for example which should help. |
