A question about the "battlemage" effect.

"Adds 5% of your Maximum Mana as Fire Damage to Attacks with this Weapon"
"Adds 3 to 5 Fire Damage to Attacks with this Weapon per 10 Strength" The above is a new enchantment that was released this time, and the below is an option that is currently in use. Not sure that it does. You would think it would with same wording, but I'm trying to test in POB and don't see it applying. Could be that POB just doesn't calculate it or I've set it up wrong as well. Might also be because it is an enchant.
