Fulcrum and "Ignite duration on you" mod

For fulcrum chieftain you want to increase the duration of your ignites so you can carry a big ignite from hinekora explosion for longer.
My questions is will the "reduced ignite duration on you" reversed via reflecting mist increase the duration of the ignite from fulcrum and if people don't know how would one test this? Item example: Last bumped on Sep 1, 2024, 3:56:26 AM
