increased critical damage support does not work with lightning conduit of the heavens

im unsure if this is intended or not, nothing in the skill descriptions sets a restriction on its use in this case.

Why do you think it doesn't work?

socketing it with the skill does nothing to the critical strike multi and the support has an x next to lightning conduit of the heavens in the supportable skills table when hovering over the support gem
