Summon Phantasm (Runesmithing enchantment) question

Hi,
I have a question about the "Trigger Level 20 Summon Phantasm Skill when you Consume a corpse" runesmithing enchantment. What happens, if I craft this on a weapon with a shaper mod like 'Socketed Gems are Supported by Level 18 Increased Critical Strikes'. Are the summoned phantasms supported by this or not?
