Anybody knows how to unlock Critical Strike Chance, Str and Int crafting bench mod?

But you can also buy veiled gear from other players to skip the process of obtaining gear yourself.

If it's a craft you haven't unlocked, you should be able to mouse over it on the unqiscovered mods on the crafting bench and get some indication. I've got that one, so not sure i'm seeing the full information, but it looks like it comes from unveiling one hand and two hand weapons.
