Unaffected by bleeding working?

Wearing that, got Malevolence on, and when I get bleeding I'm VERY affected by it, almost dying. Is this a bug??

Bleeding and corrupted blood are not the same thing, so maybe it was the corrupted blood that affected you.

Not all physical damage over time is bleeding.

What is causing the Bleeding that is affecting you while you have the jewel and Malevolence active?

Could be another type of DOT as the others have stated. You should not be affected if Malevolence is up. Trying to think of a boss you can test it on. Maybe Gruest, although I think there might be some other DOT effects in that fight. Redtrail boots should also work, 50% proc but will give an indication.

Ok so maybe it was MY bad and it was corrupted blood that was killing me. Greust did put a bleed on me and I moved around and life didn't drop at all.

So I guess now I need to get rid of corrupted blood lol! Thanks for your inputs guys.

Pretty common, a lot of people assume it will cover both. Some options are corrupted implicit on jewel or protection mastery. There are others as well. One of the minor pantheon will cap the maximum stacks to 5.
