[Answered] Q About Corrupted 'Vaal' Armors

Recently I picked up a pair of corrupted rare ancient greaves in a Vaal side area, and I noticed that they have an alternate appearance.

Both the model and icon are different from normal ancient greaves, having an appearance and rusty coloring similar to stuff you see some Vaal enemies wearing.

It's definitely not a unique item, so I was wondering if these are limited to vaal area drops, or if we can also create them using altars or vaal orbs?

Thanks

Unique items that drop corrupted can be corrupted into rare items that keep the unique item's art, as that is also an outcome of using a Vaal Orb on an item.
