Gameplay/Lag Issues

Currently my game is unplayable due to constant lag spikes that allow me to move my character inch by inch throughout the map every min or so. Been playing this season just fine up until now.

Issue occurs before updating drivers and still after updating.
crashing occurs at loading screens after character login and on town switch (kingsmarch)

I don't know how to fix these issues because they have occured out of nowhere.

Any help would be appreciated.
