Summon spectre destroyed a corpse item before a earlier spectre - #2731340530

As per the title - I have been building up a set of corpse-item spectres, and my last summon this morning replaced one of my Perfect Dancing Sword spectres instead of the Vorged Void Crawler or Perfect Forest Warrior both of which were summoned earlier, before I summoned my first Perfect Dancing Sword.
