Cosmetics and Poe 2

I was wondering if and when we should see information for those who have bought cosmetics on Poe 1 and if they are still going to be transfered to Poe 2 . And how if able to delgate main account to have cosmetics from should you have played both on PC and Console which would have the cosmetics be apply from.

It was said many times how it will be done but no specifics are given because they still nogotitating.
