Issue: Power Rune's and people

There simply isn't enough of both on Xbox.
This league has had ups and downs and now it feels it's mostly just going down. Shipping is a pain in the ass now after the changes and just feels worse all around.
People are constantly manipulating the power rune market so good luck getting a set of 15 even if you have the currency.

Power Runes not having a vendor recipe like the other runes is a terrible idea for shitter markets like ours on Xbox or SSF.

It'd probably take you all league to get 16 power Runes in SSF if you played normally *IF* you had good RNG.

I'm level 99 and have been playing WAY more than I should, and in my time I've only found 1

As the league continues less people are playing so the scarcity of these Runes will only go up because people are using them and they're is only a small pool of people who actually have upgraded towns and are actually interacting with the league mechanic to get them.
Basically it feels bad now but it's only going to get worse.

GGG please make this league a better experience for everyone.
