Frenzy charges problem.

Hello. I have a problem with Frenzy Charges. I obtain them using the passive skill: Disciple of the Slaughter; when the timer of "frezy charges" goes down to 7 seconds, they all disappear. Nothing like this happens for power charges and endurance charges.

Possibly Phase Run (Consumes Frenzy Charges to increase duration)
