Tincture on Voltaxic Rift Bow.

Question;
Using the Voltaxic Rift bow + tincture elemental with lightning arrow affect the damage in any way?

The idea is to use tinctures to increase Galvanic field damage, and the lightning arrow to increase shock damage with the bow.
